Insulated pallet shipper for transportation of biological agents medicine vaccines

Our new insulated pallet shipper includes solutions for 2-8°C, 15-25°C and frozen temperature ranges. Each solution has a universal pack-out design to be used in both hot and cold seasons while also accommodating the demands of cross-hemispheric shipments. It can reach 200 hours keeping the temperature range 0~5°C with average temperature 35°C.

Unique ice bricks fixing bracket

Using our special ice bricks fixing bracket to combine multiple ice boxes into one ice box accessory, making full use of the existing ice packs to form a large ice box to match the large box, no need to consider the mold opening problem for large ice bricks, greatly facilitates the handling of the ice bricks and the loading and unloading into the insulated pallet shipper.

Simple cargo handling process

Loading the goods, the pallet thermal box can work with the forklift in any direction without manually moving the goods from the existing pallet into the shipper, and then assembling the insulated pallet container with insulation boards. 

Customizable size design

Our pallet thermal box is manufactured by our unique modular production process and can be customize in various sizes based on customer requirements without additional expensive mold costs.

Excellent insulation barrier performance

The insulated pallet shipper uses PU & VIP as the core insulation material. After testing, the insulation time can reach 200 hours keeping the temperature range 0~5°C with average temperature 35°C.
